The Heggen Group is going through just such a change. The need is great, and the transition mandates a process to control the execution of change. For the past couple of years, I’ve been working with a group of incredible businesswomen and clients to reframe ‘how to Bring Order To Chaos for a more diversified range of business cultures.
The focus will remain on the core business operations and transition expertise, but the direction will shift from consulting to including more instructional mentor-coaching services. I am thrilled at both the initial responses and the possibilities for helping more companies put an end to unnecessary chaos.
